Donations

Unless otherwise stated we do not return donations.  If the donation was a designated donation, refer to the Designated Donations Policy on the Terms and Conditions page.  If there is an error, we will make every reasonable effort to correct the error.

Event Registrations

Some events may offer a registration fee refund under specific circumstances.  Refer to the event registration form for details.
