Where: Katepwa Lake Bible Camp

When:
Departing on Friday, September 26, 2025 at 5:30 pm (bus leaves at 6:00pm). Meet at Hillsdale Baptist Church.
Returning on Saturday, September 27, 2025 at 9:00 pm. Pick Up at Hillsdale Baptist Church.

Cost: $20

Registration DEADLINE: Sunday, September 21, 2025.

Dear Parent/Guardian,

Our desire as a church is the safety of everyone involved in this activity. Therefore, precautions are being taken for the health and safety of your child. However, they still attend the event at their own risk. On Friday, September 26, 2025, all active participants in the Sr. High 2025 Retreat will travel by bus to Katepwa Lake Camp, located on Katepwa Lake, SK. Our return date is scheduled for Saturday, September 27, 2025. I understand that my child’s participation in activities at the retreat, including indoor/outdoor games, hiking, canoeing, and swimming, may carry a risk of undesired and unanticipated consequences. In the event that your child requires special medication, x-rays or treatment, the parents/guardians will be notified immediately. We also ask as a result that you would carefully read the waiver and release statement below and sign.

I, the parent/guardian understand that while precautions have been taken for the health and safety of all participants of this youth trip, my child’s participation in the Sr. High Retreat 2025 may have undesired and unanticipated consequences. By my signature I hereby release and discharge Hillsdale Baptist Church and all affiliates, members, directors, officers, volunteers and employees from any and all actions, suits, claims, demands, liabilities, including negligence, and expenses I have now or may have in future in connection with, arising from or related to my child’s involvement with or participation in this activity.
