When:
Departing on Friday, September 20 at 5:30 pm (bus leaves at 6:00 pm). Meet at Hillsdale Baptist Church (Munroe Place location).

Returning on Saturday, September 21 at 9:00pm. Pick Up at Hillsdale Baptist Church (Munroe Place).

Cost: $20

Registration Due: Sunday, September 15, 2024.

Dear Parent/Guardian –

Our desire as a church is the safety of everyone involved in this activity. Therefore, precautions are being taken for the health and safety of your child. However, they still attend the event at their own risk. On Friday, September 20, 2024, all active participants in the Jr. Youth 2024 Retreat will travel by bus to Katepwa Lake Camp, located on Katepwa Lake, SK. Our return date is scheduled for Saturday, September 21, 2024. I understand that my child’s participation in activities at the retreat, including indoor/outdoor games, hiking, canoeing, and swimming, may carry a risk of undesired and unanticipated consequences. In the event that your child requires special medication, x-rays or treatment, the parents/guardians will be notified immediately. We also ask as a result that you would carefully read the waiver and release statement below and sign.

I, the parent/guardian understand that while precautions have been taken for the health and safety of all participants of this youth trip, my child’s participation in the Jr. Youth Retreat 2024 may have undesired and unanticipated consequences. By my signature I hereby release and discharge Hillsdale Baptist Church and all affiliates, members, directors, officers, volunteers and employees from any and all actions, suits, claims, demands, liabilities, including negligence, and expenses I have now or may have in future in connection with, arising from or related to my child’s involvement with or participation in this activity.
