The women's ministries at Hillsdale are simply about women connecting with and ministering to other women. They are for all women, whether single or married, young or old, and from diverse walks of life.
Ultimately, our purpose is to help women deepen their faith in God and to live out their God-given potential. To do that we use three primary vehicles: large group events, small group studies, and one-on-one relationships.
Several times a year we hold different types of events to appeal to a wide cross-section of women.
From time to time, we hold weekend retreats for women at a camp facility in Saskatchewan. It's always tons of fun and good for building friendships, but best of all all it is a great way to grow spiritually. You can come ready for some laughter and heart-to-heart conversations, fun indoors and outdoors, and some good singing and inspiring teaching. (Our last retreat was held November 2016).
Other large group events
Other previous large group events have included prayer breakfasts, missions events and seminars and teaching on various spiritual growth topics.
Many women find that the casual atmosphere of a Bible study fosters deep friendships and spiritual growth.
To be a part of one of our seven weekly women's Bible study and prayer groups, contact Chris Danyluk (contact information below).

Sunday School Classes
See the electives page for the current women's class. Classes run during the 10:05 am service from September through June.
We have women who are willing to meet with other women where they are at, both spiritually and emotionally. The purpose of these relationships are:
- To understand what God and the Bible are all about, this is a safe place to ask questions and get solid answers
- For encouragement on how to live God's way in your everyday life, the intentional friendship of another Christian woman can be beneficial.
- When facing a particularly difficult time in life, the wisdom and experience of a mature Christian woman can be valuable.
For more information on any of these programs, contact Chris Danyluk, Director of Women's Ministries.
