WHAT TO EXPECT AT THIS YEAR’S TURNING POINT:
Expect fun. Whether you choose to ride horseback, try your hand at archery, or laugh with others on a hay ride across the wide-open prairie, you’ll see a different side of Saskatchewan that you’ve missed inside the city.
You will also see a different side of Hillsdale’s women. The lively games and optional crafty workshops bring out a side of people that just may surprise you. Even you may try something new.
Expect to make some new friendships. Expect to meet people you do not know...but will grow to love. Expect good talks as you relax around a meal or as you explore peaceful paths on the edge of a gorgeous valley. Expect much laughter, and maybe even some tears.
Expect to be moved spiritually. Many say the best parts of our TURNING POINT women’s retreats are the times we spend singing and learning together.
This year Angela Kruse, a well-loved missionary of ours, will be pointing us to the God of Hope. It is He who heals our brokenness. It is He who is our anchor in the storms of life. And ultimately, it is He who fills and frees all those who believe.
CAN I BRING A FRIEND?
Yes! That’s a great idea! Whether your friend attends Hillsdale or has no church home, she is most welcome!
However, we prefer that those who attend other evangelical churches support the ministries and body life of their home church, so please check with Chris Danyluk or Lynette Neudorf before signing them up.
WHAT DOES TURNING POINT COST?
The cost for TURNING POINT is $80.00. This includes transportation, food, and lodging, as well as optional craft workshop supplies and equipment for optional outdoor activities. Registration will be accepted with payment.
If you are aware of someone who would love to attend but cannot afford it, please consider sponsoring them, or contact Chris Danyluk on their behalf.
A full refund is available if there is a waiting list and your spot can be filled. If your spot cannot be filled, $30 is non-refundable to cover the cost of prepaid expenses.
ALLERGIES OR DIETARY NEEDS:
If you have allergies/critical dietary needs, please contact Lynette Neudorf regarding the menu.
