The women's ministries at Hillsdale are simply about women connecting with and ministering to other women. They are for all women, whether single or married, young or old, and from diverse walks of life.
Ultimately, our purpose is to help women deepen their faith in God and to live out their God-given potential. To do that we use three primary vehicles: large group events, small group studies, and one-on-one relationships.

Several times a year we hold different types of events to appeal to a wide cross-section of women.
Women’s Retreat
Most years in February we go on a weekend retreat with the goal for each woman to have fun (outdoor activities like tubing, skating and cross-country skiing, indoor activites like craft workshops or exercise classes), make new friendships and be moved spiritually.

Many women find that the casual atmosphere of a Bible study fosters deep friendships and spiritual growth.

We have women who are willing to meet with other women where they are at, both spiritually and emotionally.
- To understand what God and the Bible are all about, this is a safe place to ask questions and get solid answers
- For encouragement on how to live God's way in your everyday life, the intentional friendship of another Christian woman can be beneficial.
- When facing a particularly difficult time in life, the wisdom and experience of a mature Christian woman can be valuable.
